With Alina Belishkina, Amanda Carneiro Santos, Antonia Majaca, Aziza Harmel, Behzad Nejadghanbar, Eva Posas, Giscard Bouchotte, Gökcan Demirkazik, Guslagie Malanda, Gyula Muskovics, José Segebre, Lesia Prokopenko, Nelago Shilongoh, Nicholas Laughlin, Renée Mboya, Sohrab Mohebbi, and Tshegofatso Mabaso

After a number of successful, theme-based workshops held in relation to the 4th to 9th editions of the Berlin Biennale, this iteration of the Curators Workshop, as proposed by the workshop directors Antonia Majaca and Sohrab Mohebbi, is centered on the biennial exhibition itself. It takes as its primary subject matter the parameters, resources, and tools offered by the 10th Berlin Biennale. The program examines the exhibition as a complex network of material, political, and aesthetic contingencies. The ten-day gathering involves a group of fifteen contributors selected from over 400 applicants.

During this public debrief, the contributors will discuss the thoughts, reactions, and questions that were raised by the workshop and ten day engagement with the exhibition.

The Curators Workshop directed by Antonia Majaca and Sohrab Mohebbi acts as a close reading of the 10th Berlin Biennale, with unique interjections from selected respondents. For more information about the workshop and its public programs, please visit the workshop page.
