As the armpit of summer lulls us into a false sense of tranquil ease before the steel-toed shoe of September gets ready to kick us into high-gear, we invite you for a evening of sweet sound and movement to bid farewell to the end of summer vacation.
Japanese artist and ex-junior geisha Hanayo will perform her interpretation of traditional Japanese summer dance, Canadian-born songwriter Dan Bodan will present his new songs, and rounding out the evening will be the warm sounds of Yakov Cheich-Sultan’s hulusi, a Chinese flute instrument, and tank drum, followed by a DJ set by Kirk the Flirt.
