This class starts with a yoga and dance inspired warm-up focusing on breath and body awareness. It slowly builds up to a dynamic movement pattern, mixing intense body sculpting fitness exercises with more experimental movement and ends the class we will do a proper cool-down and stretch, targeting major and minor muscle groups.
The aim of this class is to explore personal physical possibilities and expression, while getting an all-around, full-body workout; it is also conceived to bring the participants closer to their own bodies, while helping them in correctly executing their workouts and everyday moves. This class is hard but upbeat and fun!
