An open discussion about Look. Look Away. Look Back. (2014), Radul's project for the 8th Berlin Biennale.
Radul’s practice investigates the role of the gaze and how it is mediated and represented through audiovisual media. In Look. Look Away. Look Back. (2014) she explores different forms of mediating the experience of looking through a reflection on ethnographic displays, camera motion, space and time, both fictional (through video) and actual (the time-space of the actor/viewer).
Juan A. Gaitán, curator of the 8th Berlin Biennale, and Radul will discuss the development and implications of the project within the larger framework of the 8th Berlin Biennale.
