Phil Collins (born 1970 in Runcorn, Great Britain), lives and works in Glasgow and Berlin.

Artists Beyond, funded by the European Commission, is the prelude to the 6th Berlin Biennale. Diverse events at the participating artists’ places of activity offer insights to the local public into artistic production.
